How do I set up an account?
Go to Register on the top right hand side of the page and click Register. You will then be directed to the Account Set Up Page where you will choose your Username and Password. Tick the ‘Remember Me’ box if you wish for the information be retained for the purpose of quick access for future visits and then click ‘Log In’. Your account will then be set up with ShoesDirect.ie This will give you access to your own dashboard where you can do lots of useful things such as:
- View Order History
- View the Addresses on your account
- View Payment Methods
- Change Account
- View Order History
- View WishlistLog Out
Can I see my previous orders?
When you log into your ShoesDirect account, select ‘Orders’ to see your previous orders.
I have lost my password, what can I do?
Not to worry you easily reset it using the ‘Lost Your Password’ link which you will find directly underneath the ‘Log In’ button on the Account Page. An email will be sent to you directing you how to reset your password.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are sent with DPD Couriers on a fully tracked service.
When will I receive my order?
Our aim is to have your order with you on average within 5 working days, in many cases it will be less but as we are working with international companies it may at times take that little bit longer to get the shoe or boot (item) you are looking for.
What is the ShoesDirect Returns policy?
At ShoesDirect we pride ourselves in delivering top quality shoes to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not 100% with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in accordance with our return policy, within 14 days of delivery.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
Once you have completed your order and arranged payment, you should receive a ‘Thank you for your Order’ email. If you receive this, the order has reached us for processing.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, perhaps the very last step in the cart was not completed or the browser closed before the site registered the order, which can easily happen. If you are in any doubt please drop us a line.If the order did go through correctly, you should receive an automatic email to say your order has been received similar to that below:
If you have not received your order within 5 working days (allow an extra day for bank holidays) please get in touch by emailing email@example.com or DM us through any of our social channels and we will track the parcel and give you an update on the status of your order.
What do I do if my order is damaged/defective when I receive it?
Enclosed within your delivery you will find a Returns Form, if for any reason your order is not as it should be, please complete this form and return it to us as soon as possible.
It would be beneficial to email firstname.lastname@example.org, referencing your Order Number in the email subject line, to inform us of the impending return. We will then be actively expecting the parcel.
Returns can only be accepted by ShoesDirect.ie within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
In this instance, please contact us asap if you wish to make any alterations or additions to your placed order. We will endeavour to make the required changes for you, however, if the order has passed completely through our system it may be difficult to pull it back. The main thing is to contact us on email@example.com as early as possible and we will do our best to sort everything for you.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
We are developing our easy access size guide and chart section but in the meantime if you have a size query for a specific brand of shoe please drop us a line via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am not sure on what UK and EU sizes relate to?
All European Shoe Manufacturers size their shoes in eu sizing e.g. EU 36, EU 37, EU 38 etc. UK Footwear Manufacturers use UK sizing e.g UK 5, UK 6, UK 7 etc. We have sized shoes on our website in dual sizing showing the UK and EU equivalent to assist you in finding your relevant size.

I have just received a new bank card as the old one is out of date? Will I be able to order?
Yes if you wish to update your payment details go to ‘Sign In’ on the top right of the screen, enter your Username and Password and when within your account choose ‘Payment Methods’ in the mid left hand side of the page.
You will see your old card details in the Saved Payment Methods and you also have the option of adding new card details here.
